Refund and Return Policy (*part of the Terms and Conditions)
We hope that you love shopping with The Eve and Annie Boutique. If, however you need to return something please follow these instructions:
There is a 14 day refund, exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original package and proof of purchase is required.
Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Purchases of gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
If returning merchandise bought with a gift card, another gift card or store credit will be issued for the returned amount.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund in store
You can refund your items in store if they comply with the above policy.
Refund Via Mail
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You must send your purchase back within 14 days after the delivery date.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
