RETURN POLICY

We hope that you love shopping with The Eve and Annie Boutique. If, however you need to return something please follow these instructions:

Product bought before 5/18/2024 has a 14 day return period from date of purchase. You can return in store, or you can ship back within the 14-day period to the address listed below. You can REFUND your item or exchange sizes, if the exact same item is available. No store credits will be issued. 

To be eligible for a refund or exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original package and proof of purchase is required.

Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

Sale items and gift card sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All returns will be refunded as per original payment method.

If returning merchandise bought with a gift card, the gift card will be re-issued for the returned amount.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

No returns, exchanges or store credit for any items purchased before 5/3/24

For items bought from 5/18/24

There is a 14-day refund on items from date of purchase.

Refund in store

You can refund your items in store up until 5/31/24 or you can ship back the items to the address below within 14 days of purchase if they comply with the above policy.

Refund Via Mail

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If you paid with cash, a check will be sent. You must send your items back within 14 days of purchase if bought in store or, if you ordered the items online, within 14 days after the delivery date.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
